I'm Apoorav Vyas, a Web3 strategist, ecosystem builder and product researcher.

Currently, I'm leading Ecosystem & Growth at Hashed Emergent, where I'm building INSIDR, a Telegram-based distribution layer that helps builders discover opportunities and ecosystem entry points across India. I lead builder and founder activations for partners including Protocol Labs and Tether and design GTM strategies for L1/L2 expansion in India.

My entry into Web3 was technical. I started as a Rust developer at Stream NFT in Bangalore, building NFT rental protocols on Solana. Before that, I was a Product Researcher at Waterfall (New York), working on NFT auction infrastructure, and a Blockchain Developer at Syncys (Hyderabad), building DeFi projects across crowdfunding, asset ownership and loyalty programs. That hands-on infra work gave me a systems lens I still use. I think about ecosystems the same way I thought about smart contracts: what breaks under load, what compounds, and what's just noise.

From there I moved into growth and research. At Solana ID in Frankfurt I was Head of Growth, helping the protocol expand its developer and user base across Europe and India. Before that, as Chief of Research at Wakaru in London, I was publishing on RWA tokenization and SocialFi infrastructure, connecting research output directly to BD pipeline.

In 2024 I founded ActualOne, a Web3 ecosystem studio building the connective tissue for India's onchain economy. We've run 100+ events across 20+ cities, shipped 25+ GTM strategies for protocols and built a community of 10,000+ members. The flagship program is Outpost, a 3-month builder residency with $100K combined grants deployed, a structured demo day pipeline and $1M+ in investment access.

I also write. My newsletter Between Cycles has 14,000+ subscribers. It's where I think out loud about Web3 cycles, builder culture, and what it actually takes to ship in a nascent market. 80+ articles across Substack, Medium, and Twitter. I've covered DeFi, SocialFi, RWA, onchain identity and event infrastructure.

My edge is systems thinking applied to distribution: not idea generation, not tactics, but understanding how ecosystems compound and where leverage actually lives. I work best at the intersection of community, content and protocol growth.
